Somatic Experiencing Therapy
Somatic Experiencing™ is a gentle, body-based form of therapy that aims to helppeople recover from trauma, chronic stress, and nervous system overwhelm.
Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, it is based on the understanding that trauma is notdefined by what happened to you, but by how your nervous system responded andadapted to it.
Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an extensively researched, proven therapy designed to help people recover from trauma and PTSD. Beyond trauma, research shows EMDR is highly effective for anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, and addiction.
